When you make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected) so please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We may at anytime revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is up to you to ensure you regularly review and reprint them for your records as necessary.
Pricing and availability
 
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.
We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances:
On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost.
 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid (including any delivery charges).
 
All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.
 
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability).
Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges (unless stated on your order conformation due to part of your order being for items under a different carriage charge structure e.g. rubber matting)
We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
 
 
Payment
 
Please do not e-mail your card details to us, we cannot be held responsible for security if you supply your details in this way. If payment is to be made by cheque, your goods will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared which takes approximately 5-10 working days.

Credit card details taken over the phone will be used for a single transaction only, and then destroyed, at no time will DCLHUK (ukclippers) hold customer credit card details for mulitple usage, details will have to be re-submitted for  every new transaction..

We may operate a mailing list to send you related news. This mailing list currently operates whereby subscribers add themselves to the list when a purchase has been made. We only send emails to addresses, which have been subscribed to the list via a purchase or request. If you wish to unsubscribe from the list please select the  link on our contact us page. We do not share, licence or sell these e-mail addresses.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to anyone who may take over the running of the Site or who may purchase any or all of our assets including your personal information. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to any law enforcement agency requesting it in connection with the commission of any offence, once we are reasonably satisfied as to the circumstances surrounding the request. We also reserve the right to access and disclose your personal information in order to comply with applicable laws a lawful government requests, to operate our systems properly or to protect our users and ourselves.

In addition, we have strict security protocols in place to protect our customer database from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification, and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. We only allow access to the customer database when absolutely necessary, and then under strict guidelines as to what use may be made of such details. Refund / Return Policy
 
This policy refers to products purchased online from this website only. If you purchased via any other route, please refer back to your retailer for advice.

What we will accept back as a return:

In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, DCLHUK (UKclippers) operates a 7 day cancellation and return policy for goods bought on the ukclippers.co.uk website. Therefore if you wish to cancel your order and return products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products to obtain instructions for return. DCLHUK (UKclippers) may at its discretion accept products back outside the 7 day period if they are faulty. However we will not accept claims of damage in transit or products not meeting their description outside that period.

How to arrange a return :

Contact ukclippers@aol.com quoting your purchase / invoice number and reason for return.  We will respond and provide advice on how to return your product.

Your responsibilities:

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products back to DCLHUK (UKclippers), unless you are cancelling the order within 7 days because the products are damaged, defective or do not meet their description, in which case ukclippers will arrange collection.  Regardless of the reason for return you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and during transport back to ukclippers. Taking reasonable care means you must return the products to ukclippers in 'as new' condition, in their original packaging, still sealed and complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with them. If you fail to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and return them to ukclippers in a damaged state, ukclippers may take action against you to recover any loss in value of the products arising from your breach of this statutory duty.

Refund arrangements:

Provided the products are returned in 'as new' condition, DCLHUK (UKclippers) will endeavour to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charges you initially incurred in getting the products to you, no later than 30 days from and including the day on which you notified DCLHUK (UKclippers) of your intention to return the products.
