- Promoter. This giveaway is organised and promoted by Heiniger UK (“the Promoter”).
- Eligibility. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter. - Entry Period. Entries open at 00:00 on 19th May 2026 and close at 23:59 on 2nd June 2026.
Entries received outside of this period will not be counted. - How to Enter. To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway entry form in full during the entry period.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified. - The Prize. There are 60 prizes available: 30 ProGroom Dog Starter Packs & 30 ProGroom Equine Starter Packs. ProGroom starter packs offer a small selection of 125ml bottles from the product range. Winners will receive one starter pack, based on their selected preference (dog or equine). Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered
- Winner Selection & Notification. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided by 9th June 2026. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Delivery. Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by entrants. - Data Protection. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection legislation, including UK GDPR. Data will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and, where consent has been given, for marketing communications.
- Publicity. By entering the giveaway, winners agree to the use of their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise.
